Established in 2015, Carekem Ltd was dedicated to providing third-party service and support for the Aquakem® range of analysers. Evolving over the years, we now offer comprehensive servicing options for Gallery and Gallery Plus analysers. Our staff boast over 50 years of factory experience, ensure nothing but excellence.
Committed to customer satisfaction, our mission is to deliver market-leading support, along with ad-hoc repairs and preventative maintenance. In 2020, we underwent a restructuring, rebranding as Carekem Ltd, while steadfastly maintaining our unwavering focus on meeting customer needs. Our dedication is reflected in our continuous ISO 9001:2015 certification and Safe Contractor accreditation.

The Team
At the helm of Carekem Ltd are directors Karl Rice and Gerry Neaves, both manufacturer trained engineers specializing in the Aquakem® range with over 25 years of hands-on experience.
Adam Rice has been with the company since 2022 and has recently been joined by Nick Lewis as part of our Service/Support Engineer team, further enriching our expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
